The Department of State Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs just posted an excellent new video about DanceMotion USA on YouTube, featuring footage of all three companies and interviews with some of the dancers.

This program makes me so happy. I was the cultural envoy in 2008 for modern dance to Kosovo, and I have thought of nothing else since. It was the proudest moments of my life, I am still close with the dancers I worked with in Kosovo, and it really taught me how important all of this really is to the world. I can't wait to try and go again, perhaps with this amazing program! Thanks for starting something so inspiring.
